What we store, and what we will never do with it.
What this page is
MyDosage is a research and tracking tool. This page describes what we store and why, in the plainest language we can manage. It is not a legal certification and we make no compliance claims here — if you need a formal data agreement, write to us and we will talk.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is the registered company behind MyDosage, based in Copenhagen, Denmark — the same legal entity named on our About page. Write to privacy@mydosage.com and a person, not a form, will answer.
Waiting lists
When a way has no checked destinations in your region yet, you can leave your email so we can tell you when it opens. We store the email address, the country and region you gave us, whether an online consultation works for you, and one broad area of interest — weight, healing and recovery, longevity, or not sure yet.
We deliberately do not store which medicine, peptide or brand you are considering, and our emails never name one either. We use the entry only to email you when that way has checked options where you are, and to see which regions to prioritise. Unsubscribe in one click and the entry goes.
Outbound links
When you click through to a prescriber, pharmacy or supplier we list, we count the click — which listing, which way, which region and when. We do not attach your account, your email or your IP address to it, and we receive nothing back from the destination. It exists so we can see which listings are actually useful.
What you give us
An email address when you create an account. What you choose to log: products you use, doses, dates, and the one measure you picked for your goal (for example a pain score or a weight). Optional profile details such as a display name and handle.
Photos you submit to the scanner are used to read the label and are not published anywhere.
What we collect automatically
Basic usage analytics — pages visited, referring site, approximate region, device type — through Google Analytics. Server logs for reliability and abuse prevention.
Who can see your logs
You. Your own entries are private by default and access rules in our database enforce that per account.
Aggregates are only ever shown when at least five separate journeys are behind a number, and they never carry names or handles.
Anything you deliberately publish — a public profile, a published protocol, a room post — is public by your choice, and you can unpublish it.
Who we share with
Service providers who run the product: hosting and database, email delivery, analytics, and the AI provider that reads labels and documents you submit. They process data for us and nothing else.
We do not sell your data. We do not hand individual logs to brands. Brands see aggregated, de-identified interest and usage patterns only.
We email reminders, check-ins and product news you asked for. Every message has a one-click way out and the footer says why you received it.
How long we keep things
Logs stay while your account exists. Ask us to delete your account and we remove your personal records and detach anything you published; aggregate counts that no longer identify you may remain.
Your choices
You can export your own data, correct it, unpublish it, or ask for deletion. Write to privacy@mydosage.com and a person will answer.
Children
MyDosage is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
When this page changes in a way that matters, we say so on the site rather than quietly editing it.
