The documents
What a certificate actually reports: identity first, then amount, then who ran the test — and whether it matches the product.
Handling and shipping
Cold chain, packaging, stated destinations and what happens when something arrives wrong.
Where we cannot see, we say so — an unknown is never reported as a pass.

We keep a public directory of research-use-only suppliers. Brands we have checked carry a checked mark and a rating; the rest are labelled “not yet checked”. Brands cannot request, buy or negotiate that status — we check, or we don't.
